 Objectives
  1. To prepare and submit annual budget proposal to DBM, CHED, SENATE, CONGRESS, RDC, etc;
  2. To prepare and submit quarterly budget proposal for use of income to the management, and the Board of Trustees for approval;
  3. To prepare, submit annual, quarterly and monthly budgetary financial reports to different government agencies
  4. To administer and maintain different funds of the College via the Registry of Allotment of all funds of the College.
  5. To serve as adviser in terms of administration and utilization of the different funds of the University

Duties

The budget section prepares and administer the Annual Budget, prepares and submit budgetary requirements to different government agencies, Maintains and control the different funds by the University in adherence to proper budgeting, and accounting rules and regulations.

Functions

  1. Develops and improves budgetary methods and procedures, and justifications.
  2. Provides budget subject to budgetary ceiling fund estimate in support of the SUC operations, plans and programs.
  3. Prepares annual financial work plans.
  4. Allocates available funds to programs on the basis of approved guidelines and priorities
  5. Reviews performance report to determine conformity with set standards.
  6. Prepares financial report for management guidance as required by higher authorities.
